This Friday Virginia Tech is holding its 133rd commencement ceremony. I'm excited to say that we are hiring 3 graduating members of this class. I hope they realize the great achievement they have accomplished. I graduated from Virginia Tech back in May of 2000. I'll never forget staying up all night coding (we started this business about a semester before graduation) the night before graduation. I slept for about an hour and then headed over to the graduation ceremony. I remember seeing pictures of myself looking like I had been out all night partying, pretty funny how things change but are still the same. Myself and some members of our team have put in some long nights this past weekend, it's pretty amazing how much you can accomplish at night, it's so much easier to focus without the buzz of the office during the day.
For this year's graduating class I have one piece of advice: Don't be afraid to take chances!
And for you lucky three that are joining our team... You have made an excellent decision, now make the most it!
